I am a 38 year-old married father of two. I Was A Teenage Republican. I
used to be in the College Republicans until I woke up one day and
realized that they were all nuts. Since then, I have been a dyed in the
wool Democrat. I am a member of the Amherst Town Democratic Committe
(Sergeant at Arms 2001-2005), and the Erie County Democratic Committee.

I am a lawyer with my own practice who represents people injured in
accidents and disabled people trying to get Social Security Disability
Insurance benefits from the government. I'm a "trial lawyer" and damn
proud of it! I'm active in the American Association for Justice, and my
local bar associations.

When not fighting for the rights of the injured, I play and watch
soccer. I still turn out as a goalkeeper in the top men's amateur
league in Buffalo, and have served on the league's board six times
(three as president). I watch matches from Europe, and am a season
ticket holder for Toronto FC, the expansion team in Major League
Soccer.
