Jeff was born and raised near Seattle, WA. He relocated to the Bay Area in 2006 and worked in special education before signing on with Connecting the Dots Productions. Jeff now works with the Heist team at Connecting the Dots, coordinating outreach to communities that seek to use Heist as an educational tool in helping to restore people-based democracy in the United States.
