Hard to believe it, but 2016 is almost upon us. And what better way to ring in the New Year than with some amazing live music! Here are 3 emerging artists playing shows across the country this New Year's Eve that everyone is sure to be talking about in 2016.

WHO: Kygo
WHEN: December 31st, 2015
WHERE: The Fontainebleau -- Miami Beach, FL
WHY: Young Norwegian DJ/producer Kygo's has been on everyone's shortlist to make it big in 2016 -- and it is easy to see why. The 24 year old has accumulated over 200 million views on SoundCloud and Spotify since entering the scene a few years ago, remixed for major acts like Coldplay and Diplo and hit pretty much every major festival out there. His music has been loosely described as "tropical house," and represents a quickly emerging genre of more laid-back EDM that still has mainstream appeal. But that doesn't mean Kygo doesn't know how to turn it up -- his live shows are high energy and always keep audiences dancing. Kygo's debut album drops next February -- so make sure to check out a preview of some of his new tracks this NYE @ the Fontainebleau in Miami.

WHO: Thundercat
WHEN: December 31st, 2015
WHERE: 1015 Fulsom - San Francisco, CA
WHY: Thundercat (real name Stephen Bruner) entered the limelight this year after a high profile collaboration with Kendrick Lamar -- his contributing work on Lamar's now Grammy nominated To Pimp A Butterfly has been described as "at the creative epicenter." And Thundercat's own album (his third) The Beyond/Where the Giants Roam was released shortly afterwards in June to critical acclaim. Bruner blends storytelling with multiple genres, creating a unique style that might be loosely described as a kind of R&B/electronic/jazz fusion. His live shows are fantastic fun, and really showcase Bruner and his band's incredible musical range and talent. If you are in San Francisco, don't miss Thundercat's New Year's Eve gig with Flying Lotus @ the Fulsom.

WHO: Alison Wonderland
WHEN: December 31st, 2015
WHERE: NOS Events Center, San Bernadino, CA
WHY: If you are looking for something a little more ravey in the SoCal area this NYE, look no further than Alison Wonderland. The classically trained EDM artist, who hails from Sydney, rose to prominence over the past year with the release of her well-received debut album Run, which she followed up with a sold out headline tour. Live, her shows are a sensory treat. Incredible lighting and graphics bolster her high-energy sound, and are sure to make for an incredibly fun New Year's Eve show.
