I enjoyed the incredible response that I received from the readers of my blog. Yes, it may seem quixotic but I have been around a long time and have seen all sorts of miracles in sports, politics, and life in general.
If I thought I was spitting in the wind, I would not even attempt this. I am in it to win it. I have been involved in politics since college (NYU class of '64, did not graduate, left in '63).

I produced four Kenny Rogers specials in Colbert, Georgia. I sold TV shows to stations all over America. I attended conventions of Aamco Dealers with James Brolin.
Two years ago, I took a forty-day car trip through 26 states with my then 11-year-old and my wife. We ate in all local restaurants (no fast food).
I have made and lost millions. I was one of the founders and main investors in Famous Amos Cookies. I have been a convention delegate in 1976 and 1980.
I have voted for both Republicans and Democrats.
I have no use for liars or hypocrites.
I have been arrested for assault in the past but there have been no incidents for 20 years and most occurred in conjunction with my drug use.

If you believe that where there is a will there is a way and that history has showed that one man can dream and execute a million man march. That one man can end apartheid. That one man can tear down a wall and change world politics forever, then work with me to stop the utter bullshit we hear from today's politicians whose main focus is on getting elected and carrying out the narrow selfish agenda of their financial supporters.
I will do whatever it takes to formalize my candidacy and play by its lawful rules.
