Stovetop Crispy Chicken Skin

A non-stick pan is the perfect tool for achieving crispy chicken skin on your stovetop at home.

The key is starting your room-temperature chicken in a room-temperature pan. Gradually heat your skillet -- this allows the layers of fat in the skin to slowly render before searing the outside.
