Shakshuka is a beautifully fragrant and spicy down-home Middle Eastern tomato stew. Along with garlic, peppers, onions, and a good amount of heat this egg dish will turn your brunch on it's head.
So similar to your traditional Italian Sunday sauce, the difference is in the spices: za'atar, a blend of spices with sesame seeds and sumac, sets this dish apart.
