For the past 14 years Jen Boulden has led business strategy and marketing programs for a range of corporate and nonprofit organizations including IBM, Hearst, World Resource Institute, and Rocky Mountain Institute. Prior to Ideal Bite, Jen served as the president of The Anavo Group, a sustainable business consulting firm. Jen graduated from William & Mary with a degree in Economics, and George Washington University with an MBA in Environmental Management.

Weaving together her rich business experience and her deep understanding of the conscientious consumer market, Jen co-founded Ideal Bite in 2005. Since then, Ideal Bite has captured the attention of the “light green consumers” – the ones who drive their SUV to Whole Foods – by providing first rate online content and a direct channel for enlightened companies to connect with Ideal Bite’s coveted consumer base. In its three year history, Ideal Bite has racked up a subscriber base of over a half-million “Biters” who faithfully follow Ideal Bite’s “sassier shade of green” free weekday email tips and website. Today Jen largely serves as the spokesperson for the Ideal Bite brand, with regular appearances on shows such as The View, Today Show, Good Morning America, and Martha Stewart.
