Jennifer Manfrè is a public relations and issue management professional who works in Santa Monica, California. She focuses on economic, financial and market-based solutions to social issues that impact communities around the world, including healthcare, sustainable energy, economic development and education.

Before her career in public relations, Jennifer was a Civil Affairs Officer and a Military Police Officer in the United States Army. She worked as the NATO liaison to the World Bank and the U.S. Agency for International Development during NATO reconstruction and security operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina. She also served as the logistical and relief supplies coordinator in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba during Cuban and Haitian migrant operations.

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in public administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s in history from Scripps College in Claremont, California. She has completed additional studies at the Budapest School of Economics in Budapest, Hungary and the University of Trento in Trento, Italy. She is a graduate of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs and an active mentor for current fellows in Southern California.
