Most sounded good until I saw the honey in the dressing...why does anyone add sugar or any sweetner to salad dressings...this is why I make my own...generally starting with olive oil and lemon juice and then add seasoning....I even make a blue cheese vinaigrette (without sugar)....just a personal choice....but I tend to avoid anything with sugar...except deserts

The first one looks heavenly.I've had that brocolli one,its fattening coz of the mayo. The last one someone posted that a finger looks like its in the salad. On the left where a think slice of cheese is and one part is red. That could pass for a fingernail with red polish on it.

There is a southern carrot salad with crushed pineapple, raisins, and mayonnaise, but this version looks so much better. I cannot wait to try this. It would be great for Easter!

I've had this many times in the past.I've also had it with red wine vinegar dressing which is less fattening.I've also had it with cranberries, raisins and chopped up red onion.
