Jean Paul Gaultier: From The Catwalk To The Sidewalk At The Dallas Museum Of Art

On Sunday, November 13, "From the Catwalk to the Sidewalk" opens at the Dallas Museum of Art. It's the first U.S. stop on the tour and it's sure to stop some hearts. I previewed the show yesterday and had the chance to meet Gaultier as well as his longtime model and muse Tanel Bedrossiantz. Both as charming and unassuming as could be.

This is a show worth traveling for. It's an astounding exhibition from an equally astounding man. Here's a sneak peak at what visitors to the show will see.

This show should be boycotted for perpetuating the burka, which is a form of oppression of women in the middle east and using the full leopard - leopard are an endangered species. Otherwise, most of the designs are outrageous and unflattering - it's like a bad hair day. A nightmare! Horrible show!
