Jenny Gaither
Jenny Gaither is a nationally recognized fitness expert, freelance blogger, and the founder of S.E.A.K. Foundation - a non-profit organization focused on empowering people to be confident in who they are through educational programs and yearly events focused on physical and emotional health.

Jenny’s passion for helping people through fitness and health translates into her work with S.E.A.K. Foundation. S.E.A.K. is currently implementing after-school programs at charter and independent schools in New York City for teenage girls to develop self-esteem and self worth. S.E.A.K. aims to discourage bullying, harassment, and self-hate due to body image issues, peer pressure, and unrealistic standards of beauty by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and participating in character building exercises and discussions. S.E.A.K.’s curriculum was developed by Jenny along with several other certified fitness experts, nutritionists and educational consultants.

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she studied Dance and Kinesiology. Jenny received her Pilates certification in Mat work and Apparatus from the Pacific Movement Center and currently teaches at all SoulCycle studios throughout New York City. In 2011 Jenny was honored by Lululemon Athletica with their Ambassador Leadership Award.
