Jeremy Symons is Senior Vice President for Conservation and Education at the National Wildlife Federation, America’s largest conservation organization. National Wildlife Federation inspires Americans to protect wildlife for our children’s future.

Jeremy is responsible for leading National Wildlife Federation’s overall efforts to combat the greatest threats to wildlife by advancing effective solutions to climate change, restoring America’s wildlife conservation legacy, and helping families across America rediscover the wonders of nature.

Jeremy first joined National Wildlife Federation in 2001 to direct the Federation’s global warming campaign. Prior to joining National Wildlife Federation, Jeremy served as Climate Policy Adviser at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He helped develop policies to address climate change and supported EPA’s innovative programs to foster public-private partnerships that conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Jeremy holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BA in Environmental Studies from Brown University.
