Jessica Daniels is a 2007 graduate of Columbia University's Film Program where she received the Entertainment Partners Best Student Producer Award and the RHI (formerly Hallmark) Producer's Development Grant. Last month, Jessica directed Speed Grieving, a short film starring Alysia Reiner and James Naughton. Her short film Cycle Unknown was selected by the Anthology Film Archives New Directors Series, FAIF, Berkshire Int'l and was featured in Mick Hurbis-Cherrier's textbook "Voice and Vision" (Focal Press).
Previously, Jessica was an associate at Avy Kaufman Casting where she worked on feature films including Brokeback Mountain, Empire Falls (Emmy Nominated for Casting), Garden State, and Ang Lee's The Hulk. Currently, Jessica works as an independent casting director, most recently as the associate on I Am Legend and the upcoming Righteous Kill starring Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino.
