“JFM” is a senior executive, with 20 years of experience in a creative field. Having been fired for the first time, she embarked on executive coaching with Jan Birchfield as a way to help her process what had transpired, to understand her part in what had happened to her, and to prepare her to return to the workforce a more capable leader, understanding that ultimately strong leadership in any profession comes from self awareness.
