Jill is a renowned, L.A. based fitness professional with multiple certifications including the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Stott Pilates. In her nearly two decades of fitness training experience, Jill has touched the lives of thousands of people by helping them improve their quality of life through physical activity. Her goal is to inspire, motivate and empower people to find their inner strength and connect it to their bodies.

Jill is the co-inventor and owner of a new fitness called the Ab Assist Plus and the VP of education / Master Trainer for Core Stix.

Throughout her career, Jill has taught at L.A.’s most prestigious studios and fitness facilities, specializing in a variety of training methods ranging from Spinning, to Boot Camps, to Pilates to suspension, body weight and functional training. Over the years, Jill has developed and designed various unique and popular workouts including a Barre-Pilates fusion called "Barre Code", “Jill Brown’s Revenge Workout” Boot Camp, a seasonally periodized Spinning program and many others. Currently Jill teaches Indoor Cycling, Barre Code, Cross Training Extreme and more at Equinox gyms in L.A. Outside of the gym, she personally trains a list of high profile clientele at their private residences or outdoors and designs the group fitness programs and certifications for Core Stix.

When not teaching and training, Jill hosts, produces, writes and consults on a wide variety of infomercials, marketing videos and web content videos. She spends quality time loving faithful Rottie mix, Roscoe.
