Jim Pickett is Director of Advocacy for the AIDS Foundation of Chicago. He's worked in the gay community for nearly 20 years, the last 11 of which have been in public health. His current portfolio consists of gay men's health, advocacy for the development of new tools to prevent the sexual transmission of HIV, and pushing for sound, sane legislation, in addition to adequate resources, for people living with and at risk for HIV.
