Jersey City police today arrested the city's assistant comptroller for engaging in "sexually explicit" online chats with undercover cops posing as children. Wall Township resident Joseph Ambrosio, 41, was arrested at his home, and police said he had been participating in such chats from his work computer. He was charged with attempting to endanger the welfare of a child and criminal sexual misconduct, with a maximum potential sentence of up to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison.
