John R. Hibbing is the Foundation Regents Professor of Political Science and Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has been a NATO Fellow in Science, a Senior Fulbright Fellow, a Guggenheim Fellow, and was recently elected a Fellow in the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
