The 'artist' knows absolutley zero about the NRA's position on felons and guns. If he did he'd realize how seriously stupid his cartoon actually is. Just mailing it in again Mr. Richards?

Replace the masked criminal with a member of the Zeta Cartel and the NRA guy with Eric Holder and you'll have a much more accurate cartoon.

just think...if the scotus supports the healthcare mandate and the republicans take the senate and white house back you may be forced to buy a gun....

A more realistic cartoon would have depicted someone from the VPC advocating gun control so that the criminal would have a safer work environment.

Then again, cartoons aren't supposed to be realistic. This one is near the apex on that score.

Lame cartoon. The NRA is as tough on criminals as anyone.

Really? Why, then, do they protect the rights of private gun sellers and purchasers to conduct their transactions in secrecy?

Because it's legal to do so. That's why..

Perhaps because that is not a criminal activity?

Seriously? No one supports giving guns to criminals, just to the law abiding citizens who need them to defend themselves from the criminals with illegally obtained guns.
