Joree Rosenblatt has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and is a mindfulness educator in Northern California. She is founder of Tools for Living, which is dedicated to bringing mindful awareness to those interested in living a more present and authentic life. In addition to working at a K-8 private school teaching mindfulness to students, she teaches her original curriculum to adults, and onsite in corporations, in the Fundamentals of Mindfulness and Mindful Parenting. Joree is a regular contributor on Randi Zuckerberg's site Dot Complicated and is also the expert on Mindful Parenting on Expert Beacon. She speaks at numerous conference on Mindfulness in Education and Mindful Parenting. Joree is passionate about being a mom to her two daughters, cooking and bringing mindfulness into all aspects of her life. She practices mindfulness on a daily basis, credits it to “changing her life” and giving her the tools to live authentically with greater peace, happiness and presence.
