Josh Ishimatsu is principal of mz consulting, a consulting firm specializing in real estate development for nonprofit organizations. Josh has over 14 years experience working in nonprofit real estate development and in the environmental field. Most recently, Josh was real estate development director for LTSC Community Development Corporation, one of the best nonprofit organizations in the world. Josh has a Master’s in Urban Planning and a JD from the University of California, Los Angeles.
