A native New Yorker, Josh Lichtman recently relocated to Los Angeles where he has been on a quest to track down amazing uncompromised food prepared and grown by people who have an unrepentant appreciation for time honored and old world food traditions. While his day job consists of chasing down internet pirates and ponzi fraudsters at a large global investigations firm, Lichtman has a true passion for all things edible and has shared his discoveries in dozens of newspaper restaurant reviews and blog postings.
