We all know Angelo Sosa from Top Chef, but before he went down that perilous path I had eaten, and appreciated, his food at Yumcha. So when he started a hamburger restaurant in midtown I felt I owed it to him to try it. And even if I hated the place, Top Chef fans would watch. (Especially if I hated it.) Sadly for my traffic, the hamburgers are very good, even with all their exotic toppings. But I hope you will watch anyway.
