J.R. McMillan is an IT Strategist with Avatar Consulting, providing technology insight and implementation to creative enterprises, agencies and individuals. McMillan has a BA from Marshall University with a concentration in Journalism and Mass Communications and has worked as an opinion writer, columnist, photographer, publicist and public radio producer. In addition to technology solutions, McMillan also works as a script consultant and delivers marketing strategy for the art and independent film industry. He resides in Columbus, Ohio.
