Judge Kemp
Judge Kemp (Jr.) can be best described as a community-minded leader who loves to have fun. Born in Fayetteville, NC (Ft. Bragg) and raised in San Diego, CA, this military brat along with his older and younger sister was, introduced to diversity on their way west. In San Diego, Judge discovered his rhythm and joined the cast of “City Streets” at Sea World. Prior to moving to Portland more than a decade ago, he lived and traveled abroad in the “Venice of the north," Amsterdam.

A graduate of Portland State University, Judge majored in Communication and minored in Community Development, Judge learned the importance of neighborhood involvement, activism, and giving back to the community. Judge resides in North Portland with his partner, home designer, Eric Schnell. Judge and Eric enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and entertaining friends at their home.
