Judy Pearson
Award winning writer Judy Pearson has written nearly two decades worth of newspaper and magazine articles, and has published three books. Her 2005 biography of Virginia Hall, Wolves at the Door: the True Story of America’s Greatest Female Spy, has been optioned for a movie. A journey through the twisted world of breast cancer prompted her most recent book, It’s Just Hair: 20 Essential Life Lessons. The book was a 2012 International Book Award finalist. A graduate of Michigan State, Pearson is the founder of Courage Concepts (, an organization that cultivates courage in women and girls. She is also the co-founder of the Women Survivors Alliance ( which supports the 7 million women cancer survivors in the U.S through education, motivation and life application.
