Karen Brody is the founder of The My Body Rocks Project and BOLD, a global movement to make maternity care mother-friendly. She is also the playwright of "BIRTH," her critically-acclaimed play about childbirth in America hailed “The Vagina Monologues for childbirth” by bestselling women’s health author Dr. Christiane Northrup.

She is also the creator and co-founder of FEAR to FREEDOM Birth, a groundbreaking new childbirth education preparation method. She trains birth workers in this method and teaches FEAR to FREEDOM Birth Tele-Classes to pregnant mothers.

Ms. Brody is a passionate proponent of mothers getting more sleep and teaches a popular Nap Time For Moms Tele-Class to help mothers live a more conscious life. She also works privately with moms.
