We all know the feeling. Boom. It happens so fast. We are casually glancing at a social media site, and the trigger enters our heart or solar plexus like a dagger. Ouch. What do we do? Some react with a response and regret it. Some sit in a state of paralysis. Some run and find something to numb the pain. Some eat. Some explode and some implode. It is all a matter of what we learned to do as children to get ourselves out of pain.

Next time the trigger happens, take a deep breath and practice the simple tip in the video below. It works like magic. This exercise is for everyone. While it resets the wiring of the brain and balances the right and left hemisphere of the brain, it also heals the energy imprint of pain in the energetic and physical body.
