Karla Zens leads green brokerage initiatives for Capital Pacific, an investment brokerage firm that sells single and multi-tenant commercial real estate nationally as well as regionally throughout the Western States. Karla helps make meaningful, productive connections between owners/developers and investors as they endeavor to create healthier, more sustainable retail projects. She helps clients navigate building certification standards, incentives and legislation in order to maximize the value of green real estate.
