Undoing the Bush Presidency: Why Stop There?

12/11/2008 05:12 am ET | Updated May 25, 2011

President-elect Obama has stated that once he assumes office one of his first actions will be to reverse 200 of George Bush's more insane executive orders. Stem Cell research will again be allowed and the United States government's official stand will no longer be that the Flintstones is an accurate representation of the prehistoric era.

But happily, now comes word that there's more. President Obama also plans on going back and correcting some of the boneheaded decisions Mr. Bush made while running the Texas Rangers (into the ground). Bobby Valentine will now be fired a year earlier and Sammy Sosa will no longer be traded.

Additionally, President Obama will overturn George Bush's acceptance to Yale to be replaced by an inner city applicant who actually had the grades. Mr. Bush's diploma will now be from C.W. Post and only honorary.

And then there are Mr. Bush's stellar military records. They will be corrected to reflect his actual service. He will thus be ordered to report to the National Guard for three more years of meetings and summer camp.

It's good to be the Decider, isn't it?
