Kenin M. Spivak is an author of The Karasik Conspiracy, co-editor of the Knowledge Exchange Business Encyclopedia (Warner Books) and CEO of wireless software company Telemac Corporation. He was previously COO of MGM/UA, CEO of NewsCorp’s Archon Communications, CEO of motion picture production/distribution company Island World, chairman of publisher Knowledge Exchange, and vice chairman of hair care company John Paul Mitchell Systems. Spivak also was a Merrill Lynch investment banker, attorney, and board member of media, entertainment, banking and consumer goods companies. He’s produced feature films for Twentieth Century Fox, as well as radio and television series. Spivak’s listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Business and Who’s Who in the World. He holds A.B., MBA and law degrees from Columbia. He resides in Los Angeles.
