All Work & No Play Leads To Weight Gain!

I'm en route back from a business trip in New York, where I made sure to mix in some FUN time with my baby boy, friends, and family. This is something I started to do years ago, making sure I had FUN and life wasn't just work, work, work.

Why?

Because after working with thousands of women for over a decade, I strongly believe that taking time OUT is a CRUCIAL step for long-term weight loss. If you're taking the approach of weight loss having to be all work and no FUN, you will resent the process at some point and then it will backfire.

Don't do that to yourself.

Start by incorporating these three simple steps, so you can start to DECREASE the stress and INCREASE the fun...

3 SIMPLE STEPS FOR
LESS STRESS, MORE FUN, & WEIGHT LOSS

1) LIVE IN THE MOMENT: Let bygones be bygones and stop re-hashing the pain of the past. Process whatever has happened to you, but don't unpack your bags and live there... MOVE ON so that you can create AWESOME memories in the now! Lowering your stress helps balance your hormones and then weight loss will be EASIER! (plus you won't emotionally eat to check out)

2) STOP LIMITING YOURSELF: The only reason you "can't ever lose weight" "can never make enough money" "can never find the love of your life" etc is because you're telling yourself you can't. Stop the false beliefs and allow yourself to live a Limitless Life.... a great body, happy heart, and peaceful mind.

3) CRUSH THE DIET MENTALITY: Enough is enough already in regards to living in the weight loss struggle cycle. Ugh! It's time to jump off that train and put all that energy and effort into surrounding yourself with the right MENTOR, a powerful community, and strategies that WORK, so you're not carrying this false belief that weight loss can never work for you.

I know that it can seem overwhelming when you haven't had much weight loss success in the past, no matter what you did. So I encourage you to start with the focused steps above and master them, then add in the next step.

You CAN do this, I believe in you.

All my love,
Kerry
