Kerstin Shamberg (née Picht) is the Director of Editorial Partnerships at Huffington Post. Previously, she worked as Director of Content Strategy, Senior Social Media Editor, Social Media Editor and as Associate Editor in the Office of Arianna Huffington, all at the Huffington Post.

Kerstin is a native of Germany, was raised in the Midwest, spent 4 years in NYC before returning to Chicago. She studied Germanic Studies and French at Indiana University and holds a Masters in West European Studies. Her thesis is entitled: The Stability and Growth Pact and Germany's Domestic Politics Vis-à-Vis Rational Choice and Constructivism. She speaks English, German and French and has proficiency in Dutch.

Kerstin lives in Chicago with her husband, new baby and cat.
