Khanh underwrote and syndicated real estate transactions for Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group from 2000 to 2008. At Lehman she developed a strong network of clients and colleagues.

Khanh led deal teams in evaluating real estate investments on behalf of Lehman, along with its $1.1 billion real estate mezzanine fund. In her last two years at Lehman, Khanh served as the primary investor liaison for the Bridge Equity Group, coordinating the syndication of more than $7.0 billion of co-investment equity, and establishing relationships with major institutional investors.

Prior to joining the firm, Khanh worked in New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation & Development, where she financed public housing projects.

Khanh immigrated with her family to the U.S. in 1980 from Paris, where they had been given refuge from Vietnam. Her entrepreneurial spirit stems from working at family owned restaurants and grocery stores in New Orleans as a young adult. A stickler for detail, Khanh is a system coordinator at heart, making sure each project is financially feasible. As an undergraduate at Mount Holyoke College, Khanh participated in numerous outreach programs for Asian immigrants. At the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Masters in Public Policy, she developed small business programs for the Vietnamese community of Orange County.

Khanh currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
