Khnum "Stic" Ibomu is an artist-activist, one half of the rap group Dead Prez and the founder of www.RBGFITCLUB.COM.

Stic is also a songwriter, producer, author, long distance runner, yoga and meditation student, and has received the Black Men's Holistic Health Expo and Betty Shabazz Social Justice awards. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, holistic nutritionist and author Afya Ibomu, and their 12-year-old son Itwela.

Stic is currently a member of Harry Belafonte's Sankofa Justice and Equity Project Committee and is also producing his upcoming fithop album the Workout Vol. 2.
