GET UPDATES FROM Kim Kaupe
Graduating from what can only be considered the best conference in college football, Kim earned a B.A. in marketing from SEC powerhouse the University of Florida in 2008. Growing up in West Palm Beach, Florida, she fell in love with mainstream publications at a young age.

After graduation Kim landed at Condé Nast Publications, where she describes her years as a combination of “the best scene from The Devil Wears Prada and the worst scene from The Hunger Games.” After enduring the recession of 2008 and witnessing Condé Nast close four magazines and condense all publications into their infamous 4 Times Square address, Kim learned that nothing keeps you on your toes more than the fear of imminent disaster and the opportunity to create something entirely fresh and new.

Drawn in by the allure of activation advertising—and hopes of impeccable Mad Men–inspired fashion—Kim left Condé Nast in 2010 to join Fathom Communications. After a few months, she quickly realized that she just didn’t click with the DDB-affiliated agency. What did click, however, was her newfound friendship with colleague Brittany, who quickly became the “yin” to Kim’s “yang.”

When not building upon her dream of ZinePak with Brittany, Kim enjoys good music, witty banter, and time with her friends and family. If you don’t interrupt her during one of her beloved Florida Gator games, she is always up for a conversation, a laugh, or figuring out a master plan to meet and hug one of her longtime idols, Harrison Ford.
