I'm at the DNC in Denver this week, and the city is full of interesting people to see. There are thousands of life stories intersecting here from across our nation, and it's fascinating to be in the middle of it all. Some of the people I photograph are surprised that I would choose them- but to me style is really more about culture than fashion trends. Have a look and come back each day for more pictures.

Thor is hot.
This is Denver, people wear flip flops and jeans and shorts downtown. Every restaurant has a casual atmosphere. People just don't dress up like Washington D.C. or New York, one of the things that make it such a fun place to live.
If you took the two dudes out you could rename this article 'Girls I would hit on at the DNC"...
Seriously, the common thread here seems to be people who look really comfortable in their own skin. They all look very approachable and friendly... the kind of people I'd enjoy meeting.
Kira, I've read a few of your blogs here, and for a style editor you seem to have a remarkably open mind when it comes to fashion. Kudos for that! Keep up the good work.
Flip flop wearers have probably caught up with European fashion.
Love Ravil. Japanese are always ahead of the curve.
Flip flops? Flip Flops? FLIP FLOPS?
What's w the flip-flops? Most of these folks should be in the No Style section.
