1. They Don't Return Your Calls

If your realtor doesn't return your calls then chances are they want to break up with you too. Go on, do it!

2. They Lied to You

Hey, you've entrusted this agent with some of your most personal information not to mention one of your most valuable assets, your home. If they're lying to you then they don't deserve to stay in the relationship. Break up with that liar now!

3. They're Cheating on You

You find out they are using your property to make another property look attractive. Break up with that cheater!

4. They Have Stolen From You

Some unscrupulous agencies charge an inflated figure for advertising and marketing. If you compare the marketing costs with another agent's you might find out you're getting duped. Break up with that thief!

5. They're Late

If they're late to meet you then they're most probably late to meet buyers too. This doesn't give people a good vibe when they get to your home and have to wait around for the agent. Time to break up. Later!
