Kristy Ann Muniz

Kristy Ann Muniz is a writer and t-shirt designer living in New York City. She is a frequent contributor to the Brooklyn-based magazine Working Class, as well as New York Mag’s hyperlocal news and culture site, Bedford + Bowery. In the spring of 2012, Kristy launched her t-shirt brand, Howling Hearts, inspired by parallel universes and the 1980s skateboarding scene.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, to a large family of Cuban exiles, the 29-year-old mainly writes contemporary non-fiction.
