Super Bowl Sriracha Rub Wings

For two lbs. of wings or 2-4 servings

Marinade

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

Drench wings and marinate for 2 hours

Dry Rub

For a saucier wing, leave the marinade on -- for a drier wing, dab off marinade with a paper towel

  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika

Gently coat your wings on both sides, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees, place wings back into your pan and bake for 1 hour.

Pair with your favorite coleslaw recipe and you have the perfect Super Bowl snack.
