This is truly a non-issue. Birth control pills have been covered by 100% of prescription drug plans for the last 40 years which includes ~6 million businesses. The only exceptions are Georgetown and a few other Catholic entities.
If having your school or employer pay for your BC pills is important, just don't go to Georgetown. It's a really easy problem to solve.
