Lane Soelberg's career began at Leo Burnett, where he led early efforts in digital strategies for GM and Pillsbury. As Director of Integrated Marketing for TBWA/Chiat/Day, the largest ad agency on the West Coast, Soelberg put together integrated story systems for Nissan, Infiniti and the International Olympic Committee. During his tenure as VP of Marketing for Business.com, the world's largest B2B search engine, he led all marketing and branding initiatives and was instrumental getting Business.com into the Inc. 500. Soelberg is also an award-winning film producer. In his current role with the X PRIZE Foundation, he oversees the development and distribution of content and storylines around the X PRIZE competitions.

Lane Soelberg lives in Santa Monica with his wife and two sons. He’s also an entrepreneur in his own right, as co-founder of MyBlankHurts.com, which he runs with his wife.
