Larry Gonzalez is a Principal with The Raben Group in Washington, DC. Prior to joining The Raben Group, Larry was the Washington, D.C. Director for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), a nationally recognized association of over 5,000 Latino public servants. 


Before moving to Washington D.C., he served as a Legislative Aide in the Illinois State Senate where he worked on issues such as naturalization, health care, education and economic development. Larry believes in community organizers and worked with community based organizations throughout the Chicago metropolitan area in organizing voter registration drives, town hall meetings and health care forums on behalf of Latino elected officials he represented.


Larry was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/journalism from Western Illinois University.
