Larry Sarokin is a 50+ Fitness teacher and author of
“Mudwalking: Unleash the Power of Walking for Vitality+Rejuvenation+Longevity.”

For three decades, he has explored fitness methods from around the world and developed a unique training called Mudwalking, that marries a 4,000 year old training developed by Taoist monks with Western fitness techniques. He currently teaches Mudwalking in Los Angeles for free.

Larry is an empty-nester with three kids scattered all over the map. He lives in Beverly Hills with his wife and his large, charming dog, MISTER

When I was in the 10th grade, our science teacher told us we only used 10 percent of our brains, and if we could learn how to use more of our brain we could "be as smart as Einstein."

Fast forward to 2014, neuroscientists are still talking about 10 percent...

The bad news is most people who start an exercise program eventually stop. Then, they beat themselves up for being lazy, weak and undisciplined. The good news is that it's not about character flaws, it's just that their exercise program wasn't a good 'fit' for them. Exercise is very personal.
