Lauren Boggi
Lauren Boggi, founder and CEO of Lithe Method®, is a fitness and lifestyle expert and an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in the health/fitness industry.

Recently noted as one of the “best ways to get fit for fall” by Yahoo Health and Prevention Magazine, Lithe Method is an innovative workout regimen that combines Cardio-Cheer Sculpting® (CCS) with a proprietary Higher Power Band System®.

As a former Division 1A USC college cheerleader, dancer, and Pilates instructor, Boggi was looking for a fun, creative, and, of course, effective workout that she just couldn’t find in the traditional fitness arena. So, she decided to combine the best of her cheerleading, dance, and fitness background to create her own proprietary Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting® technique. Soon, she took her passion for movement to new heights with her workout phenomenon, the Lithe Method®.

CCS utilizes precise cheerleading-based movements to load muscles, produce a high cardio burn, and reduce fat zones all in a matter of 60 minutes. Lithe’s CCS targets all three zones of the body: the core, the lower body, and the upper body, so that clients achieve a complete total body workout in just one hour.

To complete the remaining components of her brand, in 2011 Boggi launched Lithe Foods, her custom line of lean, local, seasonal a la carte foods and meal plans, and her own luxe studio-to-street line of activewear called Lithe Wear. Additionally, Boggi runs a widely-read blog,, which provides an opportunity to incorporate additional pillars of a healthy, empowering lifestyle by discussing all things fitness, fashion, and food.

To date, Boggi owns four Lithe studios throughout the Philadelphia area and has a NYC flagship studio in the works, slated to open late Fall 2012 on the ground floor of 32 W. 18th Street.

Boggi is a woman on a mission to make a difference in the world, empowering one woman at a time. Widely respected as an industry expert, Lauren has appeared in many national publications such as VOGUE, BusinessWeek, Lucky, and more.
