With the help of some friends and family, President Obama put his balls into storage a month ago, though it is only now coming to light. Questions about the location of the President's balls were raised in May when he backed off his pledge to end Bush-era military tribunals. However, Press Secretary Gibbs dodged the questions by stating simply that the president's balls were exactly where they needed to be. But this week, the question came up again when Obama seemed to back off his pledge to offer a public health care option. Finally, Gibbs conceded "the president saw fit to store his balls in a self-storage facility for an undisclosed amount of time." The press secretary insisted that the president's self-imposed castration would not affect his governing style or the way he sits. Yet, many on the Left believe that without at least some balls Obama will be unlikely to achieve nuclear nonproliferation, caps in carbon emissions, an end to the war in Iraq, and serious health care reform.
This is in stark contrast to George W. Bush, who had his enormous balls gold-plated shortly after agreeing to the outing of a CIA operative as revenge for a newspaper article that made him grumpy.

I'm mailing a pair of balls to the White House on Monday. :)
Small ones.
Let's hope he dusts them off and has them re-attached soon before he forgets where he put them altogether.
It appears they are are loan to the Republicans. Certainly the Democrats in congress don't have any.
As a side note, if I wrote a commentary similar to the article in Comments for any article, it would be censored by the H P.
There is A HUGE DIFFERENCE
between Bush and Obama.
Obama's balls have BRAINS.
Fortunately, Pres Obama is an adult probably very much aware that he's surrounded by infants. Funny how he always looks very calm & confident, like he knows exactly what he's about. It's also funny how despite all of the caterwauling, whining and name calling he always manages to get what he wants. After two plus years of the same type of whining, name calling and unsought/unheeded advice during the campaign Barack Obama against all odds is now President. From what I have observed of Pres Obama he could care less about all the whining and complaining. He's a long term thinker, long term planner and is doing a lot of the work out of view of the public. Until some of you begin to understand that you'll be very miserable for next 3+ years, hopefully 8. It's actually amazing how after 8 years of knee jerk, thoughtless reactions which have landed the US in the mess it's in, people want to continue with knee jerk, quick fix reactions to problem solving. Impatience is not a useful virtue.
"Fore Sight" " Hind Sight" OR "Hind Sight" "Fore Sight"
Which Equation did some of you use ? Mine is a Secret !
Obama got what he was after- The White House. Everyone else gets to pay for it. And, that means none of the things progressives want will happen. The crooks who bankrolled O' are in the front of the line and they intend to get their payment.
Remember, Carter was elected after Watergate, another time the Republicans were considered dead. Have a growing dread, they will be back in 2012. Only good thing is country will be 4 more years extant than it is now.
Obama, aspiring & succeeding in becoming the dynamic leader cast in Jimmy Carter's mold.
What is it about Jimmy Carter that Repubs don't like? I am asking seriously because I am too young to know. I would prefer to hear from someone rather than google it.
I was a young teenager when Carter was elected President and after he was elected interest rates went up really high (like 13% on home loans) and we had two gas crises. People had to wait on long lines for gas in 1976 from what I remember and gas stations would run out of gas. You could buy gas only on odd or even numbered days depending if your license plate started with an odd or even number. We also had high inflation. Also, we had the Iran hostage crisis for 400 plus days where Americans were held hostage by the Iranian gov't after our embassy in Iran was attacked. Carter was ineffectual in handling the hostage crisis.
When Reagan was elected people were ready for "change". On inauguration day the hostages were released by the Iranian government because they thought Reagan was going to be tough on them. The image of the hostages being brought home to American soil after 400 plus days was a very powerful message on the news. The Iranians stepped all over Pres. Carter. Also, the Ayotollah Khomeni came to power in 1979 and the Shah of Iran was thrown out of the country. The American public thought Carter was 'weak' on Iran. The American people wanted a tough President like Reagan after four years of Carter. Also, I believe the news media liked Reagan during the election. Obama should be careful of seeming to be like Jimmy Carter.
Of course you'll apologize when we realize President Obama is handling things exactly right, won't you? Or will that be funny?
BRILLIANT!!! SPOT ON!!! Give the man back his stones.
This comedian is funny, not because he is funny, but because he thinks he understands politics. He is almost adorable, like a child.
Some of you guys could get real. He is the President, being a candidate is much different than the actual job. We were never going to get every single thing he promised, but as far as I have seen he is keeping more campaign promises than any other President I've seen thus far. Also like others have said its only been 6 months, give the man a break. He is doing a great job, you're never going to agree with anyone 100%, so stop trying. We won the Presidency, the House, and the Senate and if we plan on keeping it beating down our own people isn't going to help us stay there. There isn't anything wrong with disagreeing but we can do it without being disagreeable.
This is going to whack everybody...but do you think on the health Care issue...Hillary is saying "I told you so"?
It's obvious he doesn't have the political capital to do what WE want.
We'll she didn't have much luck either did she..... and she would have started out with less political capital than he had.
Didn't she lose the Primary and end up owing money at the end ?
Let's face it... this issue is ginormous and it was never and should never have been considered Easy to Do.. If it was easy then it would have been done 80 years ago when it was first proposed.
I'd vote for Obama again if the election were today but...I am losing my patience. The President needs to fight harder to fulfill his campaign pledges or my attitude will change over time.
PlasmaX ..stop being so fickle!
Losing patience is precisely the problem with our insty-fix society. Obama was elected because we perceived that he was not a hot-head, because he was judicious and cautious and cool and calm. PLEASE, give the man a chance. The problems he is facing did not arrive over night and will not be fixed over night!
President Obama has 3 and half years to go on his first term, that is plenty of time to full fill most if not all of his pledges. Get off his back and give him a chance.
