John McCain is so darn mavericky that's he's put out an ad that says Barack Obama isn't ready....yet. I myself do not have the mavercikish brain to wrap my head around the maverickal implications of this, really.
But it does beg an obvious response. (Cue the scary music!)

An interesting theory: "yet" is a dog-whistle slap in the face to Sarah Palin. It's a tacit endorsement of Obama as McCain's successor in 2012.
John and Sarah have been having their issues, you see.

e you trying to JINX things!!??
Don't even joke about this kind of thing...ar
Thanks Lee. Thank you for calling them as you see them. MCCain is a dishonest grumpy old man who wants to send America deep into depression for the sake of his own ego. Great ad, Thank you. The man is not much of anything any more.
I've been saying it for a while now:
No Longer Ready To Lead
McCain's "Yet" ad so confused me. I thought Obama was a terrorist lovin', socialist, Marxist, commie, (and maybe even the Anti-Christ). I thought he was the worst person to have ever run for President. I thought he could only give good speeches but didn't have any good ideas. Do they think that, in time, he'll "come around" to the Republican point of view and THEN he could be a good President? WTF WAS THAT?
This could have gone on air...if it wasn't for that 'massive @$#U" part. But then, it would lose a certain charm.
I agree, with some modifications, this could be an effective ad against McCain. Maybe MoveOn or some similar organization could acquire the rights and run a modified version of it on television.
Not Ready...An ymore! Like it, like it.
