Palin is such a hypocrite she said she would not label herself as a feminist and would not label Eric Rudolph as a terrorist because she does not like to attach labels to people.

Palin has done nothing but cast disparging labels on Sen. Obama.

Socialism is charging oil companies extra money because the oil really belongs to the people of the state. Then taking that money and distributing it to the people of the state, say $2000 to each person, plus another $1200 because of high fuel prices.

That is really funny. Some day I would like to hear some Democrat ask a an interviewer, "Can you tell me what is wrong with Socialism"? That hack reporter in Florida said to Biden "Obama wants to make this into a socialist country like Sweden". I just wish Biden had turned to her and asked "What's wrong with Sweden. They are a peace loving, prosperous, stable country where their people are happy. What's wrong with that?"

I wish this country had taken the same road Sweden and other socialist countries took. If we had, we wouldn't be in this mess right now.

McCain has mistaken Obama for Helen Gahagan Douglas. Ah, those were the good old days, when inane slanders of "pinko commie" actually elicited an impact before Nixon and Joe McCarthy wore it out to irrelevance.

Unfortunately for McCain, this ain't 1950 anymore.

The air is thick with Republican desperation. This week has been the "Let's try to convince people who don't actually know what socialisim is tohat Obama is a Socialist." week. Not working. Even though the McCain campaign has been avoiding going after the J. Wright connection (perhaps someone over there figured out that claiming that Obama regularly attended a Christian church for 20 years might cut into their fake muslim arguments?), it WILL surface this week. When that does not work, what will they say next? Obama wears stripes with plaids? He uses a fork and a spoon to eat spaghetti? He double-dips his chips? This is getting increasingly more panful to watch.

Thanks for that, Lee. I wish I could donate millions of dollars to buy air-time for that video in swing-states. Not that anyone willfully ignorant enough to actually believe raising taxes on the wealthy is socialism can be convinced by ANYTHING at this point, but at least they'd have to scratch their heads for a second before dismissing it as another lie from the international-liberal-elitist-socialist-islamic-french conspiracy.
