Leigh Weinraub
Leigh Weinraub, M.A., is a champion motivator, action-based therapist and the author of the upcoming book Athletology. She currently lectures and “Walks and Talks” at Miraval Spa and Resort; she travels across the country speaking to corporations and private groups, is a senior fellow for PathNorth, and is the founder of Mind in Motion, a performance lifestyle brand, that includes a line of clothing that makes you your own catalyst for change.

Leigh rose from being one of America’s top junior tennis players to scholarship athlete and coach at Dartmouth College and Northwestern University.

After earning her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern, Leigh went on to build a thriving private practice renowned for developing a positive outlook in support of individual confidence for thousands of clients. Through her innovative approaches, Leigh has helped numerous clients execute in high-pressure situations and understands how to motivate top-tier individuals and groups.

Today, she leads a new movement that teaches individuals how to unlock personal inner strength to become one’s own greatest champion. What fires Leigh up: Starting her day with a strong frothy cappuccino, blasting music to get her moving and breaking a sweat within the first hour of being awake.
