Looking Forward: E-Colors in Education

What has been fascinating to see since we took the E-Colors into the schools is the speed of uptake that the children and students utilize the process and the primary applications such as Personal Intervention.

In my first blog, I mentioned that in 2010 we took our work into schools as well as industry and now have a vision of E-Colors, Every School, Every Nation, which you can learn more about in the video on www.ecolorsineducation.com.

I was delighted to see, both in the comments in HuffPost and on Facebook, that we are slowly gathering interest for what could be an amazing future for children and students worldwide.

What has been fascinating to see since we took the E-Colors into the schools is the speed of uptake that the children and students utilize the process and the primary applications such as Personal Intervention. When you go to the website if you open the YouTube channel you will be able to see the videos that show the progress of E-Colors in schools and also the incredible impact on bullying awareness.

Clearly, the challenge going forward for us is to find collaborators, influencers and supporters who can help us bring the vision to reality. Over the course of the next few months, we anticipate more and more people becoming part of the journey and we think this will be best achieved through an "Influencing Model" seen below.

This year, Dr. Rosalinda Mercado-Garza, who leads our efforts in E-Colors in Education will be holding several ECiE Leadership Institutes (the dates can be found on the website) and then in February of 2015, there will be our first ECiE Leadership Institute Super-session. This will be aimed at people who not only have a passion for enriching children's and students' lives but are also influencers.

As our model shows, we hope that those influencers in turn know other influencers who can continue to spread the opportunity for personal awareness and awareness of others to youngsters who have everything to gain and nothing to lose by becoming familiar practitioners and advocates with the E-Colors and Personal Intervention.

Please have a look at the model and consider if you think you are an influencer and can attract other influencers to become part of this fantastic journey.

We look forward to hearing from you. Be powerful, remain humble -- Lewis.
